Stick Ranger glitch

I use the get set method and instead of losing my files, i got something at least better. The problem is that I have been playing on my files and like all of them got moved down about 3-6 levels. Is this a glitch?

Also, at the beginning, I can go to Mist Grove 1. Is this also a glitch?

There is an error with very old saves giving you access to stages you shouldn't be able to. I haven't narrowed it down, because I never was really interested in it.
And what do you mean with they moved down some levels? Like the stages you are able to play or the levels of the rangers are down a few? The levels of the rangers should under no circumstance get lower. But the stages could get lower if ha55ii inserts some stages inbetween stages you already have played... though I don't know if that ever happened.

The same thing happened on one of my saves, it somehow unlocked seaside 1 to submarine 3 even though I hadn't even beaten the castle boss (and it doesn't let me play submarine 4)

1. There is no submarine 4.
2. I've got access to mist grove 1 too.
3. And when I mean moved down is that one lvl 27 file got moved to lvl 24. lvl 16 account is moved to lvl 10. lvl 15 account moved to lvl 8.

Well my lvl 27 account is back at lvl 27. And my lvl 16 account is lvl 20 now. lvl 15 account is um... still only lvl 10. so no worries.

Now that you mention it . . . I think I was a higher level on that account too o__o . . .
XD and my bad on the submarine 4 thing, I guess I just mixed up submarine 3 and 4.
But yeah, it unlocked everything from mist grove 1 to submarine 3 . . .
