A click and a whirr sound off in the room VIROS is currently contained in. The tiniest fraction of a millisecond passes by, as he ponders the metals trade he has built up.
"Hmmm.... perhaps I should put more men on inventing more alloys? I'm sure that they could come up with something more... "

Matt, they have more armies than you have. You sent over two. They have five. Not that easy, is it?

[The convoy was now Five miles off the coast of Greenland, Just south of Nuuk. The amphibious tanks rolled off of the freighters that were designed for RoRo cargo without docking. The gunships were overhead, and as soon as tread met sand, the convoys were on their way to Southern Nuuk.
Meeting the southern side of the town, the Greenlanders were fighting Nonja forces. And winning by sheer numbers. However, when an assault from behind, their lines were broken. The remaining engaged greenland forces would not last long in the Battle for Nuuk. ]

With a bright gleam in his eye, the man known as Duke stepped bravely out into the tarmac of the airport. It was there that he would begin his dangerous quest to ally with the wealthy Arab nations in a valiant attempt to destroy the Nonja's ever expanding forces. His first stop, Egypt.

[As the nonja forces retreated to Canada, the capital was rushed, avoiding all remaining Greenlandic forces. The capital was stormed. Greenland agreed to stay under Phoenix control for the duration of the war; they knew they would never be able to hold their own.]
I currently have Seven Battalions in Greenland. Five of them are local defence, and are not willing to leave greenland.
An Aircraft Carrier is being sent from the Artic to join with the four Destroyers off of Greenland's coast. They will assimilate and combine to become a naval combat force. (One Dot. Carries a single airforce with it, capable of sea and ground combat).
A large base was quickly constructed in the mountains at the heart of Greenland. This is greenlands new operational center. It is known as Nova Base. Two battalions are assembled around it. Five other battalions are spread across greenland's SOUTHERN coast. The naval force is ten miles off the coast of Nuuk.

When I got back, and stopped screaming, I sent two nonjas to go investigate the other faction attacking Greenland when I was "leaving".

"It's not really particularly urgent. Also, how did you know it was me? I told the secretary it was a Council Member. Regardless, I just said it was urgent to bypass all the scheduling I would have had to do otherwise. I was just offering to temporarily trade you a few of my armies in return for a few of YOUR most brilliant scientists. I am working on a few experiments.."

Just some recap
>> The PMC now owns Greenland. >> Greenland's new capital, Nova Base, is in the center of Greenland >> Nova Base is surrounded by Two Phoenix Battalions. >> Greenland's Southern Coast is patroled by Five Greenlandic Battalions. >> There is one Phoenix Navy off the coast of Nuuk. >> The PMC currently has Twelve other deployable forces, all in Antartica.
** I have the Lieutenant message the General **
"General, I have concidered your offer. We would be willing to operate under your will, for now. Money, however, is hardly an issue for us, as you could well imagine. Armaments, however, are worth their weight in gold and, as you can well imagine, we are laden in jewelery. However, if you have some... special... something, for us, it could be worth much more than your currencies.
Mind you, you will be charged for repairs to any of our forces damaged while doing your bidding."

"Why yes, of course, I will gladly give you a few of my most brilliant minds. I have a biochemist, some engineers of various fields, and some physicists. I would like you to get a platoon or something to escort them, just enough to defend them as they travel. You can keep your armies for now, although keeping an eye out for China would be ideal..." * The caller waiting tone beeps sinusoidally. General Veers switches over to FoxtrotZero.* "Ah, well, I understand the money situation. If you are laden with jewelery, maybe I could send you over the materials needed to create your army from scratch, excluding human resources. If this is what you will, I will send you several hundred gigagrams (billions of grams) each of iron, steel, gold, silver, lead, and tungsten, and a few hectograms of various radioactive elements. Is this better?"

France, and it still has the same capital/position.
Edit: The Chief of arms is the leader of France, I'll later incorperate the details.
The Chef des armées of France was currently under the code name of Vertigo. This position was kept in the up most security and privacy after Adnot Bonaparte, no doubt an imbecile claiming to be a descendant of a well known little person , formed a rebel army from over half of the French military in a coup. Out to control the rest of Frances forces, an assassination attempt on the chief of arms was made. Somehow, Adnot had failed, but since then, security was an extremely high priority.
Recently, a Russian diplomat came, seeking a pro-noja alliance. Currently, Vertigo is deciding, weighing out his options for the success of his country and people.
They prefer "Little People." --Fox
In 2050 France, the term is accepted.--vertigo
Well, not really.

The 1st Order
Day 01
"Colonel, how is progress." "All major manufacturers have been informed. Mobilization will begin in one hour." "Good, have you chosen the two diplomats for Peru and Argentina?" "No, not yet." "Start looking." "Yes, Sir." "...How is the IPN." "They've allied with Kazahkstan, Mongolia, Germany, and India. However, Ukraine and China have denied changing their diplomatic stance with the IPN to allies and it has been confirmed that China is Anti-Nonja Ruled." "..." "The IPN also has 5 pending alliances with Spain, France, Italy, Poland, and Finland." "Good, when are the Hydrogen Bombs scheduled for completion?" "The first is scheduled to be completed in 3 days, and-" "Action shall be taken in 3 days, then. You are dismissed."

Its been way more than one day. Not that it really matters, but, you know.
It took 18 Hours for my convoy to cross the atlantic. And then, Winning a land war would have taken something like Eight hours at least.
"Most certinally, General. Raw materials are insanely useful, I can assure you. You can send them to our new location in Greenland, I will make it my own business to return them to Antartica. Surely you must understand security."

Whoa, whoa! This is much more activity than I had expected.
Veers, keep in mind I am flipping a coin on these. Heads for yes, tails for no.
Official Spanish alliance - No. Official French alliance - Up to Vertigo. Official Polish alliance - No. Official Italian alliance - Yes. Official Finnish alliance - Yes.
______:
Having completed my extremely long nap, I awoke and contacted the other nonja leaders for a status update.
The Pie:
The Diplomats all over the Indochinese area had decided. See the map for how they decided. I sent further diplomats to three nations around India (too lazy to look them up). This was a risky move, as it was so near to a nonja-controlled area, so I sent them with three armies.
