Every Staff Member who can check IP's must check the IP address's of all the new members to make sure we do not have duplicates.
WE MUST ENSURE THAT WE DO NOT HAVE MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS!
Send me a message if you find one and I or G will take the appropriate action.

you think PhpBB has a code that lets us simply see all IP adresses used by multiple members?

Hmm....
I may have missed that.
Of course, we can't see their IP until they post.

but what if they have brothers and/or sisters that would mean we would be deleting fair accounts?

I never pronounce names wrong. People just want them mispronounced for some reason.

Good point... Oh well. I guess we could send them a PM on their other account that says something to the effect of: We have deleted your other account. If this account belonged to a sibling, blah blah blah.
Then we could clear it up, but only if their other account tells the truth and if it has the same personality, then we delete it again. Piece of Cake!(which is real)

Piece of Cake!(which is real) Actually, in the event that there is a sibling conflict that becomes resolved, we should lock accounts instead of deleting them. Because if we delete the account and then its resolved, some people could be pretty mad they lost their account for no valid reason. if we clear up that it was a duplicate account, we cand delete the duplicate and inflict the propepr punishments. As for a sibling lying to get their sibling's account deleted and so on so forth, there is nothing we can do about that. Maybe we should put forth an announcement to clear up any two accounts by seperate people on one computer. So that people will mention it and its conformed and sorted out before a conflict arrouses.

Its not. If we take the correct steps and the other persons comply and cooperate.

They must consult High Staff first and explain to them what could and/or will happen
