With the addition of all of these new non-menu elements, it may be possible that if they are added PG will develop some type of weird twisted economy. This is possible because an upload that contains hard to get elements such as Aetherius will get more votes than others.

If they are added, they would not be any rarer than any other "secondary" elements, there would be at least one upload describing how to attain that element (like many started doing for steam), and the element would be common and useless for obtaining votes.

Yes, but having hard to obtain elements makes people work harder. I would love to have an element that does something special, but isn't found in every upload.

Yes, but that happens when anything new comes out. When acid came out, there were like a million uploads that had nothing but the word acid in big letters made of acid.
