Are you depressed? Feeling like no one on the forums likes you? like you should leave? well, your probably right, but we'll never know until we crack open your skull, and see what the problem is!
anyone here can comfort people who are feeling down or depressed, just don't be negative. offer advice, be nice, etc. people can say what's getting them down in their posts, and others can try to help. those are the only 'rules', so....WHO HAS PROBLEMS??

Well I would LOVE to talk about my problems. But they aren't forum related.

Same here. Unless you wanna talk about me being deranged. Well, here's my problem: In the past year, I have had more shattered hopes/dreams, lost friends, etc than in my whole life before combined. I don't know why.

hmm...come to think of it, maybe this WOULD be good for serious debate...then it wouldn't have to be forum related...anyone wanna move it?
and here's my 2 cents on your thing, bobby: I do believe in god, and I know that he loves all of us. and because of that, he wouldn't throw at us anything we couldn't handle or get through. so if you're feeling all this pain, don't give up. and don't worry. If you have this much pain, it shows how strong you really are. now this doesn't mean you won't be pushed to your limits...but that's as far as it will go. and once you're out of this pain, you'll look back and see how much you've grown. how much you've conquered, and be more willing and knowing to prepare for the next storms to come. So don't give up, just endure, and you'll come out on top. in the very end of every trial, you always do.

Too bad I don't believe in God. I have no false hopes or clouds to blind the ground that's coming fast to meet me.

*rolls eyes* right. "false hopes" I've relied on this logic all of my life, and it hasn't let me down yet.

*rolls eyes* right. "false hopes" I've relied on this logic all of my life, and it hasn't let me down yet. Thats because Christianity is, whether you like it or not, a 'lazy philosophy.' A natural disaster destroys the lives of hundreds. If someone asks why, they may say "It is God's will." Yet you do not seek for an explanation and a solution to the problem. You ignore it. You have no right to call it 'logic.'

um...I do... using "Christianity" is an EXTREME overstatement. try looking at the Mormon church's beliefs, and THEN tell me whether or not we seek after an explanation or solution.
anyways...we're WAY off topic. this isn't supposed to be a debate, this is so we can be serious when talking about our real life problems and bring each other back up. I don't want any more people leaving all of a sudden, or for anyone on the forums to feel like they're unwelcome in anyway. even if someone just had a rough day out in the real world, they can come here to vent, and we can try to help.

Yes, I may be general, but I often hang out with catholics and protestants. I haven't researched Mormon(ism?) very much, and while I plan to do so, my view stands as the general Christian stereotype(it's only not true because most of them are agnostic believers. Also, agnosticism might be worse than not bothering, it's complete apathy)
