For staff purposes, you are useless in that you (in your current rank) cannot restore staff...

I need to refund a 10 DB ticket, therefore gaining 10 DB. Edit ergo loses 10 DB.
SoL loses 50 DB while wizard gets 33 DB and Edit gets 17 DB, may I be correct...
