A post appeared on the PG Comments page that's associated with some roaming group that terrorise websites. They appeared on another website, but that website was backed by Viacom, so their security was most likely top notch. Personally, I think it's a load of horse-manure, and that the "Anonymous" poster's a fake considering he misspelt Legion. But just in case, watch out. Dan-Ball may be flooded with anonymous idiots (well, moreso than usual)

Another forum I was on had the entire archive hacked and deleted, losing incredulous amounts of work and progress over the past few YEARS, in fact.
We can only hope there's a backup in case this happens.

we should talk to listo about this. Screen Shot the post that had that as proof. It probably doesn't help our case if we have all the IPs available to anyone at the bottom of the page...

It's not this forum that's being threatened, it's dan-ball.jp/en that's been threatened: Although from what I've seen, it's a ton of Chantards, so the worse they could do is increase the stupid in the comment boards.

Yup.
Apparently the same person goes around, doing that, and never actually hacks anything.

Well, it shows that the ability to hack anything is possible. No site is truly un-hackable. Giveen time, any hacker could hack this site..

heck, given time a hacker could override your system, shut off the fans, and overload your computer until it bursts into flames!
