I'm just making a calculator, cause I felt like it....
it is a three function calc with the ANT-AND gates, nothing too fancy
I might think of doing a laser numpad...
that could be cool...
oh yea here's a screenshot:

Post what you think of it I wanna know what to improve!

There's nothing there...
How can I comment on your calculator if I can't experiment with it?
Interesting...I presume you're still working on it?

It looks nice. Have you tested it?

Look's complex.
Where are the numbers displayed?

If you notice, to the right in the upper- and lower-hand corners, there are leads/nodes that go nowhere. The calculator is a work in progress.

only and hour or so, and yes it has been tested, but like with all subtraction calcs it only does subtraction the one way. i.e
1-5= -4 but it can't do 5-1=4
but hey, that was the same problem in Sockerking's calc.
I'll finish the functions and all the gates, and then show a pic...
then to work on the laser display...

Looks good so far.
Logic gates confuse me, i could never make that ._.

Me to. How do they actually work?

but like with all subtraction calcs it only does subtraction the one way. i.e You know there IS a way to let it do subtraction both ways... right?

I do, but I only realized it when I was too far, I didn't wanna restart...
After all those months of watching you guy make calcs and wishing I could do so too
I can finally do it!

I also made a calculator that has been recently uploaded. The uploaded version does not work. It was on start when i pressed upload and i didn't notice. For working version go to the upload thread.

The calculators aren't that complicated once u look them over. they just have the thunder connect a wire leading to another connected wire which goes to a specific number. All the numbers are predetermined. The calc doesn't process like in real life.

It will be when we can duplicate the effects of an XOR gate using little space when we will be able to make calcs nearly exactly how they work in real life.

I think it's good, but it looks really complicated, so it must have taken a VERY long time.

I have made a binary calculator, I was just too lazy to convert to decimal

Phoenix I would appreciate if you didn't double post (there is a modify button you know)
Also, the calculator is still that same, As I have been waiting for Listo to make the M4 solid or techno element before continuing (as I don't wanna do all the work...

Umm, yea, my calculator could subtract both ways.
All of these calculators look the same now.
