It makes no sense. Those types of STEAM group chats don't have any specific owner, so it is illogical to say that there are moderators. Perhaps the first two people in the chat?

Then he keeps asking me to get on a gmod server with him, and when I do, he crashes my gmod. He's the classic gmod minge: Spamming explosives and little edible balls (LOL BAWLS i SED BAWLS).
