and cause its a glitch listo hasn't fixed

no i mean 1 smite/exalt per person in an hour...
so you can smite 400 times in 1 hour
but you have to do it on 400 different users

that's...not normal for someone to be mean or break the rules every hour...eh, well, i guess it aint a problem seeing that you could sort the whole thing out with a staff member if someone DOES decide to spam the button.
