How about a Karma badge? Reach 15 Karma at any given point. There has to be recorded proof, because its for reaching that point - if its reduced, you still get the badge.

Hmmm...that sounds like another good idea.
Of course, what I first believed to be a good idea was rejected by Swearingworth (Sandmaster's idea for experience badge), but yours might be accepted.

We can try and keep pushing it. I think it is an interesting idea.

I don't think that will work.
Are all ideas from this thread going to be denied?

This answer will not be accepted without validation of your motives. Failure to comply with validation request will result in denial of your responce. If thats the way you are going to be, i'll have the badges made one way or another and bring the proposition to TheListo himself, as well as the fact that i question your actions. Additionally, i have another one. Veteran Badge - Be a member of this forum for One Year

If the Veteran Badge is accepted, it should be made to be "Relatively active member for 1 year." I think there are several "veterans" who no longer attend, may I be correct...

This badge focuses on being a loyal member to the forums for a year. There is the Active badge for that. Besides, you have to get on at least once in a while, or you cannot claim the badge.

I didn't think of it like that...
I guess activity wouldn't need to be a requirement for a Veteran's Badge. Let's see if this request is accepted...

I will save swearingworth the energy.
Denied
Well, I don't know. It seems like an ok idea, but too similar to Active.

Veteran, no. A member of dan-ball is better than a member of the forums. besides, I don't think that a member of the forums for a year could not know about dan ball for at least a year

ive been a member of Dan-Ball for nearly two years, spanned across 3 accounts or something.
Ive only been a member of the forums for 6 months.
I see your point, but we can't authorize at what date a member of Dan-Ball first signed up, or authenticate that it is even the account of the forum user.

yes we can. You can have:
2 legible witnesses (who obviously must be from 6 months ago, or they can't witness)
or
written proof, or a screenshot.

My badge idea, my rules. You can make a seperate badge for that, but this is the Veteran Badge.
