I was thinking of how we punish rulebreakers, and I thought we could add something to it.
Let's say for example, someone is bumping/spamming topics constantly. We'd have a group for these people, called "Spammer". This would let others know we staff are watching him and that the person is a spammer. They would have PM privileges taken away, and would be unable to have an avatar.
This goes the same for flamers, but their group is for people who flame. And so on. We'd return their rights and whatever once they've learned their lesson.
Recognition is its own punishment.

Yeah, basically. This is just an extension of that one: We put them in a usergroup, take away certain rights, and replace their avatar and signature. The avatar/signature thing also applies for banned members. All avatars/signatures should be stored in the staff lounge in case they are returned, though.
