It wont work.
There has been communism before, and that didn't work. What you are saying is that there is no corruption at all. There always will be. True, it would work without corruption but so would any other.
What we need is a gvt. which is a balanced circle of stealing and corruption

The only way to get a perfect society or government is to get rid of all the people who disagree with the system, and we shall evantually breed generations who agree with the system.

lets just have everyone have their own private areas with their own private rules and thats it... it would provoke a lot of wars but the govt. in each one wuldnt fight itself because its one person countries.
