I know a few who do but back on the subject of the cover. They are similar in the way that they are both a young woman holding an apple. but notice the angle of the apple and the posture of the hands differ. She does not care how much problems she could cause: If its more Money, Controversy, Or popularity for her, its good, as with many other authors.

How does anyone know that it is a young woman holding the apple and not anyone else?
Concerning copyright infringement, I do believe Meyers is safe from it, based on the fact that the photos are different and the subjects are different (I think...).
