Next comes the spell to prevent elemental magics... a dab of water essence, a sprinkle of earth essence, a spark of fire essence, and a cloud of air essence. Unifying them and weaving them into the complex matrix of the dark-shield was difficult, and the process was draining. He took a moment to rest before moving on.

Becoming bored with my town, I leave my best demon warrior in charge of everything. I then fly back to Alterio's castle, seeing if anything he has is interesting.

Alterio-
As Alterio wove the layer of magic which would provide his wonderful golem with a shield against holy magic, several alarms tripped as the demonkin Zordaki approached the two towers that Alterio resided in. He sent out some winged implings to greet him, and if needed guide him towards the chamber Alterio was working in.

Evading the implings, I used epic ninja skills to sneak in, making no noise as I walked in. Fading through walls, making a slithering motion as I did, I searched for Alterio.

More alarms went whizzing away as Zordaki entered the tower, his life energy giving him away. Alterio continues his work, confident that Zordaki could find him on his own. He integrated a bit of anti-magic into the shield's magical fibers by encapsuling it in a little force field from his ring. The anti-magic should stop any minor cantrips that didn't really fall into the other categories. Safety first.

Still floating through walls, I stopped in a room with a giant dragon. Quickly turning and shooting a giant lava blast, I duck and scream "WHAT THE F***?!" Running out of the room, I fly through a wall and find myself in Alterio's study. Books were lined up neatly, like a library. I then began looking through the study...

Alterio-
As Alterio finalizes the effects of his shields on the Golem, several more alarms go off in the tower.
Tower Defenses-
A large crystalline humanoid walks up to Zoradki in the study.
"Are you Alterio of Summerset Isles?" it booms at him in a grating voice.

Tower Defenses-
"Failure to comply will result in offensive action." replies the Curator "Please step away from the shelves."
The crystalline matrix of the Curator shifts, and it shapes itself into an odd dragon shape.

The Curator seems to puff out his chest and says proudly "My structure is enchanted to last. Master Alterio designed me to protect his study from intruders and only I can do that best."
The Curator blinks and stares at Zordaki with an odd glint in his eye. Seeming to forget any hostility he says in a metallic and grinding voice "You are the one known as Zordaki?"

I have decided to continue my sword making... (oh and I wasn't that giant dragon which you went WHAT THE F*** to, I'm in a cave, in a forest, far far away...) ________________________________________
When yewa got back from her flight, I told her of my plan to stay for a few more days and she was overjoyed! she let out a small chuckle and little green flames were dancing around. (since a dragons fire are always the same general color as its scales)
I waited until it was dark and proceeded to sort the metal by its glow, color and texture.
On the edges of the sword it'll be slightly harder metal (harder not stronger or more durable, just harder and less flexible) The better to take a keen edge.
'These are the pieces glowing brightly '
The middle of the sword shall be made of slightly softer metal. Better to bend and absorb the shock of a blow.
'These are the pieces not glowing and not as bright'
I heated the soft pieces (b breathing fire) just enough until they glowed a cherry red. Then I took all of the metal and used the metal gem (in the ring) to create an anvil (which I did earlier in the light) I then hammered all of the metal until it was no more than an inch thick in all directions. After I had flattened each piece I had placed it in brine. When I was done I took it all out of the brine and used some sandstone I found and molded (with the earth gem) to scrape of the black scales that had formed on the surface of the metal. The scraping had exposed the crystalline structure of this unique and ultimate metal. By examining the crystalline structure further, I assorted the metal pieces further.
I then heated it (the soft pieces) up until it turned white again, and rushed back to the anvil and hammered it together into a long bar, which I then elongated and folded the metal back on itself and welded the two pieces together. Once the color faded from white to yellow I heated it again until it was white again and repeated the process I repeated it seven times. Each time the metal became smoother and more flexible until it could bend without tearing.
While I made the two harder bars I put them side by side and twisted the tips of two of them together eight times. I then hammered the twists to weld them into a single piece of metal. I then repeated the process I did to the softer steal with the rest of the harder steal six times.
I then flattened the metal into a thick rectangular sheet which I cut in half with a chisel and made them into the shape of long shallow 'V's. I then placed the soft metal wedge in between the two V-shaped strips of hard metal. I hammered it together until only friction held them together. I then heated it with fire and welded it together until it was a rough blank sword. The soft wedge became the spine and the two harder V-shaped strips became the edge.
Once the blade was nearly as long of the full sword (excluding the cross-piece and handle) I started to hammer away at it finishing the final angles and proportions. I heated the blade in segments of no more than six or seven inches at a time. When the hammering came to an end. There lay a perfect long blade which was as clear as glass (even clearer) and stronger than titanium, yet as light as lithium. My singing of spells into the sword has come to an end and it has given it many properties...
But that will have to wait till the morning, I will finish it in the night and tomorrow show yewa the completed sword as well as describe what effects it has.
____________________________________________________
when I next post, I will have a picture of this awesome blade and give a full description of its looks (so you know what is looks like from all angles) and its properties and powers...

"Yes, I am. And it's Zorokadi, not Zordaki."
I suddenly ran up to the statue, and spinkicked it as hard as I could. He didn't go flying as I expected, but I did manage to chip off a piece of him. I suddenly felt a hard blow to my face, then everything went black...
I woke up a few days later, in some kind of tube. Complete darkness surrounded me, illuminated only by the eerie glow from the water. Looking around, I was completely alone. My time of solitude began to drive me insane....

Alterio-
"I believe his healing up quite nicely" says Alterio to the Curator. "You damaged him pretty severely. He could have been killed."
"I apologize, Master. His impudence tired me" says the Curator in a mildly apologetic tone.
"No matter" replies Alterio with a wave of his hand "It gave me a chance to test out the healing properties of troll blood. I believe it may be time to release him."
Alterio presses his palm to an indentation in the wall, and the tube slides up. The fluid drains through several grates in the floor and Zorokadi slumps to the ground.

I fell to the ground, then got up, swaying back and forth as if extremely dizzy. I regained my balance, then quickly looked around. Darkness. I saw a small light far off to the east. I turned in that direction and ran towards that light.
I was in a giant study. The same study I was damaged in. I laughed like a psychopath, then began destroying everything. The books burned, the shelves were broken, pillars were shattered, scratch marks were all over the walls. After I had utterly destroyed the study, I then ran out of the room, crouching low and running to another room, the sword strapped to my back bouncing on my back as I ran.

"My books! My wonderful books! All of that knowledge lost! LOST! Secrets beyond comprehension of man! Secrets forbidden to the Gods! My life's work!"
Alterio's eyes are filled with uncomprehensible malice.
"AND YOU!"
Alterio points to the monster.
"YOU DESTROYED THEM! I WILL HURT YOU! YOU... WILL... DIE!" Screamed Alterio, each word punctuated by a mystic bolt of unimaginable power flung at the illiterate creature's head.

I quickly ducked, my arms flung into the air before coming down with me. I ran at him at immense speeds, then dropkicked him square in the face.
"MAYBE YOU SHOULD HAVE THOUGHT OF THAT BEFORE YOU ALMOST KILLED ME! You gave me hell. Now I'm gonna give it to you."
I shot a giant beam of darkness at Alterio, at the end of it a dragon like head formed, red eyes glaring at Alterio, it made a motion that looked as if it was opening its mouth, ready to devour its next meal.

I sense massive anger and revenge from miles away... this could only be that nice elf I knew earlier in my life... last time I checked he was making some sort of flesh beats...
I then realize that someone destroyed his books. and even from where I am, I feel the huge shock waves of energy pulsating from him.
Whomever has crossed him will surely be destroyed and have all powers stripped from him, leaving him with the powers of a weak human... and then he'll throw them into the wild to let them survive on their own (and they eventually die)
Who ever crossed him... I've decided to help, as there is no use in letting some person go to waste, who knows maybe he could be a powerful ally once brought back to health and power... but again I would need to be around to do that, as whoever attacked alterio would not be able to do this on their own...
I decide to hurry up finishing the Newest blade I made... which I dub:
Clamaxti
