Why??? The original rules thread was never locked. Why this one? People should be able to post here. It should be open to discussion. Shadow is right, it needs to be open to discusion and for clarification or suggestions. UNLOCKED |

the thing with that is, if someone pm's you with a question about the rules and you pm them the answer, that works fine. but then when somebody else has the same question, they would have to go through the whole pm process again. this way questions, answers, suggestions and clarifications are here for everyone to see. that is the point of a forum.
