Well, ladies and jellyfish, tomorrow's the big day. (In case you haven't heard, I'm going in to get my lung transplant, which may knock my illness on its ass)
Wish me luck, peeps! My wife intends to log on on Saturday to let you know if I'm okay, but I hope I will be!
