That isn't a US based company... This does not matter. It is ILLEGAL, and henceforth breaks the Illegal Activity rule. You are putting this forum at risk yourself by 'trademarking' the name LiveTrack.

It isn't illegal. You probably don't understand US copyright laws if you think it is.

According to US Law, it's illegal unless you code in a disclaimer (likely at the bottom) into the site where it will display on every page. If you do that, it'll be completely legal.
But since I see no disclaimer...

Either way, what they said is true. The forum could be in deep trouble if you keep that TM there.

Actually, I used the ™ (unregistered trademark), not the ® (registered trademark) sign.

Even so, it's a trademark. It's worth it to remove it or change the name.

By the way, Pickle, I love your biased judgement.
I remember saying "us", not "me", yet I was the only one banned and you didn't even ask for names.

Actually I saw other names. Dhoom was one. You had many more offenses, though. And I dealt with him.

Could I just say that this threat level thing IS sort of the result of paranoia, and to add some political humor to it, we should color code it like the US Terrorist Threat chart thing. Because political humor based on the paranoia of the people is pretty funny.

That would work effectively, actually...

Pickle, Dhoom had one day. Ozone has 11.
I thought breaking the False Alarm rule was 2 days.
That IS biased, considering that was Ozone's first time being banned(He gets 11 days), and that was DhoomLord's second(?) time.(And he only got one day)

You didn't say so in his warning notes. All that was in it was this:
