Hello, today I am proud to announce that I have successfully created a decompiled version of Powder Game. We will soon be able to modify it however we wish. But first, there are a few problems we need to get by.
1. We need to make it 50% our work to distribute it freely.
2. We need to modify it so it will run offline or on other websites.
3. We need a few Java programmers.
Anyone willing to help me with these tasks, feel free to contact me!
P.S. I am not joking. If enough people request proof I will give proof.

You realize what you're attempting could result in committing an illegal action, and could be punishable by law. I suggest not even attempting to mess with that source, for one you were never given consent to even be given it....

Indeed. I suggest you just get rid of it now and forget it before anything happens. IIRC, it doesn't matter whether 50% of it is yours or not, if you weren't given permission to use it, you can still be arrested.

I was thinking for the benefit of the community... But i can restrict it to personal use if necessary. Besides, how often do pirates actually get caught?

It doesn't matter. Even having that source can get you sued sir. We do NOT want that in the possession of the community. It belongs strictly to Ha55ii and is copyrighted, Any one of us can and will report you to authority if it is needed...

Well, he was just asking for it to be decompiled. Didn't even use an obfsucator
If they really cared that much, they would've at least put some security in the class files.
But please do think about the benefits it could offer. We could make our own mods. We could even make an element editor! There would be no limit! Also, I'm sure you've at one point downloaded an MP3 illegally. But did you get caught?

You do realize that PG and SR are kind of what bring people to Dan-Ball right? How do you think Ha55i will feel when he sees his arguably better game being released to the public, therefore not needing to go to his site? As you said, "How often do pirates get caught?" Well you were just caught idiot. When you illegally pirate something, don't go and tell everyone.  |

Indeed and besides, an MP3 and a source code are two separate things. A source can be found so much easier if it is stolen.
And yes, you were ignorant enough to tell the whole community of Dan-Ball forums you have stolen the source. Nice job man.

Plus, do you really think they will waste their time on a silly game? When you have a chance, look for a rom site. Look at how many illegal files are on there. And they are still there. Why? Because the government has bigger things to worry about! One more illegal file will not make it any different! |

How do I not listen to music??? You assume I download it illegally?? I buy it like any normal person should...There wont just be 'Little tweaks'. Out there in the hellish depths of the community there will be quite a few java programmers. They will ruin it. They shall be able to do whatever they want. Whatever they make most likely be 'appropriate' for PG anyway...
One more illegal file wont make any difference? What about if everybody said that? It all adds up...Because the government ignores some stuff doesn't mean WE don't.
And SR is updated by official programmers who are paid by ha55ii.

The government can step in and arrest you. They have the tools. How the hell do you think they find internet predators, Quit trying to find out ways to avoid being caught. As far as I'm concerned you now pose as a threat to the Dan-Ball community. We do not tolerate attempted stealing of copyrighted material on here, the forums, or anywhere else related to Dan-Ball.
