A streaker that randomly runs across the tiles (1 tile big) and when he steps on a mine he explodes along with the tile!

I'm pretty sure they're not going to be updating this game any more . . . kinda hard to add onto a simple game of minesweeper . . .

There should be a Easy, Medium, Hard option Easy Makes the speed move normaly Medium makes the speed 2 times faster Hard makes the speed 4 times faster
And custom game: Pick the amount of mines

A custom tower maker, and then you should be able to upload your creations to some sort of Mine Tower...server...thing.

Like minesweeper, easy, medium, and expert levels. Like minesweeper, there will be more tiles per row and more mines.

A laser that you randomly earn. you select the row you want to fire it at and it eliminates that whole row. If it blows a bomb up, it doesn't deduct points.

That's an idea... what do you mean "blows up", though? Clicks on all those that are not mines, marks those that are mines?

The most obvious thing is still missing: A ranking
I'd suggest two search orders: 1) Primary: highest floor reached. Secondary: fewest mines hit. Tertiary: lowest time. Quartary: earlier record date. 2) Primary: highest floor reached. Secondary: lowest time. Tertiary: fewest mines hit. Quartary: earlier record date.
Of couse, if you only allow completed games (which reached the 200th floor) to get into the ranking, you can skip the primary search order criterion.
The tertiary criterion for 1) is needed because I think, if you have reached the same floor and you have the same number of misses, a game with less time is a little bit better. The tertiary criterion for 2) is needed because I think, if you have reached the same floor and you have the same time, a game with a lower number of misses is a little bit better. The quartary criterion only says: If two guys have reached the same level in the same amount of time, with the same number of misses the first record should be rated higher.

I personally think this game doesn't have any more potential. I mean, I really like Minesweeper, and I think this new game is a nice twist on an old classic, but to me, it doesn't look like there's much else that can be added to it.
Just my 2 cents.

Why take this thread as a joke? There ARE ideas for future improvements, as others have suggested. We need level difficulty (mine amount increase, natural scroll speed, etc.), rankings, and maybe even added power-ups such as decrease scroll speed for five floors, allow mine-detection for five floors, etc.
I am disappointed that you only made this for the sake of making multiple threads in this board...

Power-ups: When uncovered, they activate immediately (?) or are stored for later use (?)
Laser: When used on a selected row, everything is uncovered and all mines a marked with a flag within that row. The row is instantly marked green.
Bomb: When used on a selected tile, everything is uncovered and all mines a marked with a flag within a 3 (?) tile radius.
Scanner: ULTRA RARE When activated, it marks 20% (?) of current mines with a flag.
Slow: for 10 (?) seconds, speed is halved.
Safety: Cannot be activated normally, is activated when you click on a mine. It "saves" you and marks the mine with a flag. Only one may be stored at a time.

I would like to bring to the attention of the new update, my idea kinda was made.
Watch=Slow Scope=Scanner Bomb=Bomb
In my idea, the power ups are hidden in the board and need to be uncovered before they are able to be used. You may be able to earn a power-up many times. In the actual game, you start with single-use power-ups.
