Largely for fans of Qwertyuiopthepie's "Nonja Invasion," I present to you "Utopian Holocaust."
It is 5042, A Military test was constructed for testing of the human body and it's behaviors, This test was a large city, called "UtopiaCity"
(How original I know...)
Citizens with selected genes were brought in to testing for opening up new human behaviors and expand the use of the unused parts of the brain, These specimens were implanted with many chemicals unseen in the present day, They have a, strange effect.
Citizens who underwent this treatment never came out, Until An unknown chemical made it into the consciousness, This chemical was the solution to the problems, very dangerous, and unnoticeable.
These "survivors" of the treatment felt awkward, and Very Intellectually advanced, They see things different than we do, Faster, Useful, Dangerous.
These survivors want to be like everyone else, but often times stand out during the "chemical imbalances" that the person gets when too many chemicals enter his body, like fumes, or large amounts of nitrogen, They are learning to control these chemical imbalances, time them, using them, they have the strange effect of making them "superhuman" for periods of times.
-The City-
UtopiaCity is an expansive world with 1 base color, white, these white parts of the city are often ignored by the human eye, seen only as object, certain objects are highlighted to catch the sight of citizens, red for danger, blue for information, orange for creation and construction, and etc.
Citizens still own cars, cloths of choice, and homes in designated suburbs, they are allowed to think for their own, after all the city is built for expansion of the human brain.
-The game-
You will play as a survivor of the treatment in rebellion of what they have done, or as an assassin, trained killers seeking out the rebels to destroy them before they destroy anything else.
The players, any of them, can blend in as a citizen, drive cars and other vehicles, for groups, use guns, swords, knives, and any weapon possible, movement around the city takes many posts, and must be descriptive and realistic, the player may have gear to survive falling off buildings, gear to block a certain amount of shots, armor, shields, and other equipment, the player is also allowed to build and make bases.
The player also gets to choose 1 SIXTH SENSE, not too overpowering or destructive, these will be useful, according to what you choose.
Keep in mind that the player must always be moving, if he is in one spot for too many days, it could get messy.
Remember, it's the future, be creative, be descriptive, have fun.
