BTW,
Circuits could be used with Balls of Water/ Ice, since Torch blocks Thunder, the ball could erase the Torch.

but wouldn't the ball also turn the metal to powder?(unless it was an ice ball, which still might turn to water ball and then turn the metal to powder).

There are few elemental ball uploads now, and even when they were released
