Ever since bird was released, PG will go down to 30 FPS after like only 15000 dots. (Even withou Bird!) Is there anything I can do on my computer to fix this? I have Vista (Bleaugh ) And a really good puter and graphics card, bu a slow dsl internet connection. I use the latest IE. Would google chrome, firefox, or safari be better?

You're using Vista, 'nuf said . . . And IE too . . . omai.
Lemme put it this way, Vista is a complete resource eating machine, and with IE too . . . its just . . . blah.
Getting firefox would probably help, but there's really not much you can do to fix this

I have Vista, but don't have too many speed problems. I get optimal PG frame rates without Bird.
I also use Firefox, which is supposedly faster than Internet Explorer, and I defragment my computer daily. Occasionally, I get virus scans, and once in a blue moon I do disk cleanups. Those are my steps to keeping a good computer. I don't have a higher-end Vista operating system, however; only Home Basic, which means that I don't have the full Aero scheme. Aero, if I am correct, can use up very much space...

Safari works great.
My friend has 5 or so fps even without bird. XD

I use Vista and IE, but have only experienced noticable lag in PG with lots of birds...
