I still think we should have a staff-only contest board.
Or are we going to have it where the public can view, but not post there?

I want to make sure i am being understood.
The fact that the category is open to the public does NOT affect the fact that individual boards can be limited solely to High Staff.

You can't restrict boards in anyway except passwords and hiding them. You can only restrict categories as a whole.

Even if there is a code, it could easily be counteracted.

I thought it was otherwise. Thats pretty stupid.
Why not just put it in the staff category? I don't really think we should have non-staff judging it anyway, right? I mean, hell, isn't that where it already is?

Well, when you made your proposal to have the contest-related threads moved to a new Contest Category, I figured it would be appropriate to move the judges' board, too. You're right: it would be significantly easier to leave the board where it is now.

Nothing comes to mind.
I'd say we're done here.

Woot. Which brings the question: Do we make old, outdated staff chats public? I mean, they don't need security once the issue at hand is long gone. Like the air force jets that we only find out about years after they have been in use.

I think that should be discussed elsewhere. This thread has served its purpose, gone out on a limb, and now its rather dead. I'm even going to bother saying Though I won't actually bother to lock it...
