I will voice my opinion where i decide to. Members should here both sides of this. And also, since when do we do public votes on staff matters?

Well, this would be binding, so members ought to know about this. If no one has done so yet, I will post the announcement...

Ggoodie, we did a public vote on the chat, did we not? It's important to give the public a say.
Also, way to make it seem biased, Veers. Shouldn't the title be "Constitution Ratification" or something?

The Constitution was instantly rejected by several people, and no one ayed it. The article likely won't have much of an effect on the users.

Qwerty, I was talking to you about it on the first page of this thread. I was going to write an article about trials and punishments.

I believe part of the cause of the downfall of the Constitution was because it was rather long and lengthy. I doubt the average user will take the time and actually read the entire thing. Members as well as potential members normally prefer to be given clear, specific rules that are to the point. I'm beginning to recommend that the rules be "dumbed down" a tad as to not draw away potential members. It may sound a bit arrogant, but I believe this could work...
As for the public voting on staff members: To be fair, in my opinion I only see that well-trusted and respected members of the forum that are not related to staff should be the only ones allowed to participate in the voting. Namely because there are those who vote for unfair or corrupted reasons...

We should put of the Bill of Rights and vote separately on it.

Yup. I recommend you check the rules thread before you comment on it...
