* Veers hears Freeman communicate to him, and so Veers thinks to himself.* "Well, I do have a shield up and running now...why not?" * Veers responds:* "Although not because I look at you in a wierd way, yes. I would like for us to be allies. We both have an obvious interest in technology, amongst other things. Do you accept an alliance?" * As Veers awaits a response, he senses a preoccupation with Tephanis. He figures that he might provide him a shield generator too, but there were two slight problems:- Tephanis went to take a nap, and it was probably wise not to disturb someone who was preoccupied
- Giving him a shield generator would imply an obligation to give Freeman a shield generator. Veers would need something to penetrate shields before giving anyone a shield generator

"Good, good. I see you've created a large amount of forces. I send to you a matter transmitter,; Use it wisely to send objects to faraway places. I'll demostrate now, giving you some of my explosive munitions."
*Freeman sends the transmitter and some explosives*
"It works, however only within a certain range. And, i think we may have come to an agreement; you and I are in an alliance. Tephanis soo shall realize, after his nap. The bridge is already coming..."
*An Obsidian Bridge spans from Ballistica to ClockWork.*
*Freeman thinks hard. A burger and french fires pop up.*
"Delicious."

"Thank you, Freeman. I will keep in touch."
*Veers experiments with the matter transmitter, sending droids from one place within Clockwork to another place within Clockwork. They are transmitted safely, with no molecular errors.*
*Veers has some of the droids begin work on various droid manufacturing facilities, has other droids begin work on anti-infantry turrets and batteries, and has yet other droids examine the composition of Darlore. If the droids figure out the composition of Darlore and provide Veers with the designs and notes, then Veers could probably create copies of Darlore and provide even more power for Clockwork. In the meanwhile, Veers redesigns the matter transmitter so it can double as a copying/cloning device. Veers does so and sends the device to Freeman.*
"Freeman, as a token of my gratitude for the alliance and for your matter transmitter, I send you a copier based off your transmitter."

EDIT: Above post deleted, creating allusion of double post.
EDIT: Darlore copy removed from actions.
Wizard, I do believe you can just walk out and claim Uungor since you have already been approved. That is what I did with Clockwork and what Sylux did with Ballistica.
*A droid approaches Veers.*
"Lord Veers, we have managed to determine the composition of Darlore. Here are the design details."
"Excellent. Thank you very much, I will now begin creating copies."
*Veers goes to the Integrator (where Darlore is located) and observes the jewel, then he looks at the design, then again at the jewel. He envisions an exact replica of the jewel. After nearly half an hour of focused, studious concentration, a copy of Darlore comes to being. Veers is worn out, obviously, and will have to rest again...unless...*
"Hmmm...I wonder..."
*He puts one hand on Darlore and the other on what he dubbed "Darlore II." The humming of the Integrator dies down, but Veers regains deistic strength.*
"Oh, this is too good to be true..."
*Veers chuckles some to himself as he lets go of the jewels, and then he creates a second Integrator independent of the first one. He places Darlore II into the notch and notices that the humming disappears. The lack of humming does not indicate failure; rather, it indicates doubled efficiency and success.*
"If contact with Darlore helps to speed up power rejuvenation, then I can only imagine what I can do with several Hundred Darlores! I almost forgot about my matter copier! I can use that to create several more Darlores! I will be almost unstoppable!"
*Veers laughs out loud. He uses the matter copier he designed to make Darlore III and to give that to Tephanis as a gift. He made all of this possible, anyways, so it was only natural he should recieve some of the fruit that Veers bore. Veers would wait until he had several Darlores before giving any to his ally Sylux Freeman, just in case...*
*Veers creates a laptop for himself and provides it with a custom operating system similar to Vista, except flawless. He uses it to monitor droid activity and to control production outflow. When some of the droids finish making the turrets and batteries around the circumference of the island, Veers has them initiate construction of various seige vehicle production plants. Because of the copious amounts of resources and droid laborers, the plants are completed within hours. Some of the plants are for the production of low-lying hexapedal siege vehicles similar to AT-TEs, others are for the production of quick, light-weight wheeled reconnaisance vehicles, and yet others are for the production of crafts capable of flight. Because these siege vehicles are power-consuming, miniature power sources would be necessary. Veers plans to envision smaller Darlores, but decides to put that off until the vehicles are absolutely necessary. Rome wasn't built in a day; besides, making copies of Darlore, let alone preparing an army, would be threatening enough for Tephanis, and threatening Tephanis was the last thing he wanted to do...*
*Some battle droid manufacturing facilities are also constructed in a small timeframe. Some of the battle droids are for killing off soldiers, others are for destroying vehicles, and some are for taking down shields in a minimum of one hundred hours for a single droid (while one hundred droids would only require one hour to remove shields). These battle droids are known as AIDs (Anti-Infantry Droids), HADs (Heavy Artillery Droids) and SEDs (Shield Elimination Droids) respectively. All finished battle droids line up into legions and then go into hibernation.*

"Much appreciated, Veers. However, is it a perfect copier? Can it copy the molecular structure of an object, or is it capable of generating elements to put together?"
*Freeman runs some tests, first with a teddy bear, then the Omega Cannon. He fires this copy, and i works, however the shot isn't orange; it is green."
"I like that color...."
*Freeman has some engineering droids help him scale the Omega Cannon up, to the size of a large anti-rocket battery. Now, it fires like a battery, but the shots travel faster.*
"That's a formidable defence..." *Freeman notices what Veers is doing, through the Imperialist scope. He appears to be holding a gem. Freeman thinks of the gem. Shortly, a gem appears next to him. He picks it up, and places it on a table.* "I'll ask veers about that."
VoiceCom: 'Veers, i have obtained one of your "darlore" crystals. How does one obtain a "limitless" enregy supply?'

(To Wizard) HOW DARE YOU! How dare you come tumbling on to my island, come running into my bedroom, and how dare you disturb my sleep!! This is unheard of! You will be punished, severely! You have fallen out of my favor you moronic Dark Elf. You will pay! There will be consequences! Leave my island now before I lose my temper!!! (I love pretending to be angry and Tephanis seems just prideful enough to work. )

(Sorry for double post, but, Darlore is one of a kind. Sorry, but creating a limitless energy source would need you to pour limitless energy into it. Which you don't have. Perhaps you and Veers could attempt to hook Darlore up between your two islands. Again, sorry)

"He's gonna get it now..."
*Freeman notices a camera sticking out of the ground. "Look", Freeman commands. It does so. "Record". it does so.*
"I can't wait, but I have more important things, like protection matters....."

Smiling sadistically Tephanis contemplates the various punishments for the Dark Elf. Perhaps a vision? A vision of death to his friends and family. But, let us make it worse. Maybe by his hands. Yes, a torturous and warped dream of him destroying his family and friends. How he longed to see this one punished. But, more worldly punishments would affect him more. But what, but what! I feel no pain and my immortality sets me apart from them, what do they fear most?! I will ask another one of the participants what a fitting punishment is. *Tephanis conjures two magical constructs* "Go to Sylux and Maximilian and ask them what a fitting punishment for this misdemeanor is." *The constructs bow and walk to meet Sylux and Maximilian.". Now to wait for their response, thinks Tephanis.

EDIT: Post edited to remove copying of Darlore.
"Well, now that I have an army, I need to power it up. All of the droids already have their own, so I just need to make reactors for the siege weapons..."
*Veers uses his computer to create designs for portable power generaters and then uploads those designs to his local network, composed of his computer and the millions of droids that now exist. They begin work on manufacturing power sources.*
*A construct appears in front of the shield to Clockwork. Veers has one of the nearby droids stop working to "open th shield" by making a little doorway in the shield. The construct walks through unquestioned toward Veers. It delivers its message from Tephanis.*
"What would be the worst possible retribution? Well, I have often pondered that myself..."
*Veers wonders to himself.*
"Well, mankind always seeks power, recognition, and riches. Make the felon unable to achieve any and he may as well be in hell. If Tephanis is not necessarily looking for the worst punishment, then just take away all of his opportunities here by removing his deistic powers. That would make his time much worse, but then Tephanis wouldn't be able to observe the effects of deistic power on human corruption. Oh well, just tell him those two things and come back, when instructed to do so, if Tephanis isn't seeking those responses."

Hmmm, removal of Deistic powers.... An interesting thought. Perhaps I will do that. But first, I believe that I should give him something to make up for it, as it is a rather severe punishment. Wait! I've got it! he will suffer from the same punishment that I do when not in dimensions of my own making! He will keep his powers, but may only use them when commanded by another person! He won't be forced to do what they say, but he is only given the option when someone tells him. That should limit his powers here, without forcing him to give up. But, I must give him something in return.... how about the Hero's Heart ? Yes, he will be given the Hero's Heart to make up for the rather harsh punishment. But first, I must see if he feels any remorse for his actions. I may spare him if he pleases me. *Walking slowly to Uungor, Tephanis rifles through his sack for the Hero's Heart*
About the Hero's Heart: Every hero in history has had a favored weapon. The Hero's heart can take the form of any weapon at all. It has no magical powers other than it's transformation, but this makes it a formidable weapon indeed. From a Scimitar to a Claymore it can transform at any moment at it's master's behest. Even a bow, with unlimited arrows can be formed from it. It's only limit is size, it can never be any bigger than 5 feet.

"Well, where I come from, the punishment is being dipped in water...but he's an elf." "And, the water was poisoned." *Freeman looks around. He notices the Bridge. He walks over it.* "Freeman, in person. It is an honor to meet a human, Veers."

*Veers makes a little doorway opening in the shield for Freeman to walk through. Veers comes up to Freeman and shakes his hand.*
"Ah, at last we meet in person. Welcome to Clockwork! Would you like to take a little tour around Clockwork? I am currently working on building an army and aircraft for the invasion of various islands when the time comes..."

"Sure."
*Freeman and Veers walk around ClockWork. Then, Freeman observes the aircraft. He states the engines can be modded for performance, you know. And, I can outfit them wit Omega Turrets.*

(Sorry for double post)
OOC:Okay, since he hasn't done anything in reaction yet, I guess we can just assume that Tephanis Banished him out of the realm. (If he does come back I'll find a way to bring him back into the story.)
