Shop re-opened! I may be refusing large requests though. Currently mastering the art of 3D graphics (MUAHAHAHAHAHA).
Hello, I am an amateur programmer. I have quite a few years of experience by now, using Microsoft Visual Basic 2008 Express Edition to write my code.
DISCLAIMER: My programs on run on PCs, not Linux or Mac computers.
To send you your program I need you E-mail address. I will send programs in .rar archives, sorry, G-mail blocks any .zip archives with .exe files in them. You will need a way to decompress .rar archives.
Items:
VB Custom Code:
Pretty basic, you ask me for a program and I will give you an asking price if I think I can write it. If I find the results unsatisfactory or I cannot write the program you do not have to pay. If I do write and post a program you must pay for it.
Price- TBD
Source Code:
In addition to providing a program for you I can also give you the source code. You may have to work your way through my cryptic style to get any meaning from it though. I tend to use acronyms a lot.
Price- 2 DBs per line of code in the program
Revision:
If you want more functionality, or just some changes done on a program I have made for you I can do this. I will have to state an asking price.
Price- TBD
Modification:
If you have some VB code that I didn't write I can try to fix/modify/add functionality to it. If I cannot figure out the code I will not charge you. Price will be determined.
Price- TBD
Translation:
Got a program you need translated? I can do it! My field of expertise is VB, but I can usually figure out other code.
Price- TBD
Upgrade:
Got code for an old version of VB? I'll get it up to date for you!
Price- TBD
An Old Program:
I have several old programs I wrote tucked away on my hard drive. When I get around to it I will put up descriptions of each and a price. You can buy these.
So far I have...
FlingyBall:
I wrote this a few years ago. It isn't very impressive. A ball is attracted to the mouse, with attraction decreasing quadratically with distance. It bounces off of the sides of the window and is quite entertaining. I can post this piece now because it is nice and polished. No glitches or anything like that (as far as I can tell).
Price- 10 DBs
Contrast:
This program adds the values of each color channel for each pixel in an image. If the result is higher than a user-defined thresh-hold then the pixel is painted white. If the value lies below the thresh-hold then the pixel is painted black. This is stunningly effective at making images black and white (not grayscale, but actually black, and white). It is especially fun to take pictures of faces and run them through the program. This is also a handy tool for people who like to design graphics but have no professional tools. You can copy text from a word document to a paint file. Run the file through the contrast program, then apply any textures you would like to the resulting text-image without fearing white/gray artifacts surrounding your text. The program is fairly polished, though it will sometimes fail to process the image on slower computers.
Price- 20 DBs
ClickR:
This program counts mouse clicks. It can recognize the left, right, middle, X1, and X2 buttons. The program includes a reset button. This program was originally made for nmagain. Source code not available since my comp crashed after I wrote the program. I have the compiled version but the project files were lost when my dad canceled autorecovery.
Price- 50 DBs
