Answers! I guess he saw the proposed questions in the English comments. Answers that question alright.
My job is a Web programmer. RT@Listo's Servant First: Please tell us a little about yourself. What is your job? Where are you from?
December 2009. RT@Listo's Servant Second question: When did you begin making games for DAN-BALL? How?
iPhone. RT@Listo's Servant Third: What type of mobile phones are yours?
Android. RT@Listo's Servant Fourth: Are there plans for other mobile devices?
Micro Panda. RT@Listo's Servant Fifth: Which game is your favorite on DAN-BALL?
Yes. RT@Listo's Servant Sixth: Do you read the English comments on DAN-BALL?
Yes.But I do not have a cat. RT@Listo's Servant Seventh: Do you like kittens? Do you have one?
Currently there are no plans yet. RT@Listo's Servant Eight: Are there plans for Powder Game on the iphone?
I do not know. RT@Listo's Servant Ninth: Is Ha55ii available for interview? Do you know how we can interview Ha55ii?
Sorry, I have not understood the meaning of the question well. RT@Listo's Servant Tenth: Is it really possible to beat Valistroke?
Can't wait for the android games. Pity he doesn't know if we can contact Ha55ii, though. I guess that puts us back where we started.

Micro Panda... interesting. We should still create a questionnaire for ha55ii and ask otascube to send it to him. Now the question is, what do we ask ha55ii? And how do we get back on topic: Finding out about listo and this forum? We could just ask, if he worked alone on PG or if he had international programmers involved. The question has to be simple, so it translates well. And the question is, is it enough to ask about Listo? If Listo was programming for him, I wouldn't ask about the official status of this forum anymore. If he wasn't it would be proof enough for me that this forum never was official. But would everyone agree on this? Theoretically both are separate but asking about the forum might be a bit complicated?!?

That kinda IS the topic. If we can ask Ha55ii about it, problem solved.
How would Otascube know whether or not Listo was programming?
I'm guessing none know about the forum.
I do know one thing: They do read the English comments. If so, why haven't they complained about the "Official Dan-Ball Forums" if they know they are not official?

The problem I see is, he might not understand a complex question like "Did you ever pronounce that one forum official, because they discuss if its officially official and not inofficially official. I know it doesn't really matter, but do you approve?" Not translate that into Jap, get the answer, translate it back - do you really think this gives us a realiable answer? Even if he answered "Its ok to call yourself official" would be a completely different thing. And easy question would be "Are you the only programmer for PG? Any international developers?" If he does work alone, it means Listo is fake and I'd assume this forum is not officially official and that is all I care for.
And about the comments, did you ever see a comment besides release infos? They use a translator and might not understand it right, they might not care at all and just because otascube reads his comments doesn't mean ha55ii reads his regularly. And (at least for me) there is a big difference between "they don't care if we call us official" (we are tolerated official) and "they pronounced us official" because I don't care about the title at all. For me its all about the trust in this forum and its administrators. IMO if Listo is not coding PG, he has to be relieved of his duties. And if he doesn't want to go, I'd rather create a new forum then further live with him. If he actually is coding PG, the he is a fool for not helping this project. There are many ways he could have convinced us (me at least). If he really codes PG he is either a very bad forum owner or gets sadistic satisfaction from watching his forum members fight themselfs.

If he does work alone, Ha55ii doesn't exist...
Anyway, Listo certainly shouldn't be fired for a lie like that (And actually can't), but I agree that it would be VERY helpful if he could actually help us. There are a few things that have been done that cannot be explained otherwise, but it is still a rather strange situation.

New games from Android... Can't wait (even though I don't have an Android phone)
I hope we can have more interviews like this.

Pir8, did you read the caption? That isn't the rules list. It is merely a very brief summary of the rules so people don't have to read pages of them. If you read the rest of the rules, note that there is no actual rule against dishonesty.
Anyway, Memzak, hopefully, we still can. With Ha55ii.

Why would you have something in the rules-summary that isn’t in the actual rules? That is really quite incompetent.

I means be honest in the sense that you should not take credit for something you didn't do/make, which is in the actual rules.

Ah, true.
Pr8, I didn't write the rule summary, so no use blaming me. Why don't we actually get back to doing something instead of arguing, which we know is getting nowhere?

Don't worry, I wasn't actually blaming you directly, just whoever wrote the rules in that way. But the reason I was saying all that was not for the sake of arguing, I do actually think that TheListo deserves a consequence if it turns out he was lying. So no, I will not 'get back' to doing something, as I think there still are issues to be resolved.

...Of course, we are incapable of administering said consequence at any rate. He would lose a lot of respect, though.
