Stick Ranger ver6.5 Weapon addition(Whipper). Bug fix: Iron Medal www.youtube.com/watch?v=eSAz-ID4QFUThorn whip 2: 2-6 att, physical 18-22 magical damage, 80 MP (needle glove like effect) Poison whip 2: 2-7 att, poison 1-1 magical damage for 2.0 sec, 120 MP (melee whip which may cause poison when hit, nothing is thrown) Explosion whip 2: 2-8 att, fire 30-40 magical damage, 150 MP (Explosion orb like effect) Stone chain 3: 3-9 att, physical 18-30 magical damage, 40 MP (stone whip but with a more powerful magical attack) Range and speed is the same for all whips.

Dang those whips take a TON of magic, and their effects don't seem that impressive.
Also, did the iron medal fix make it where the xp stacks enough to give you 2 xp instead of 1 when you kill a low level enemy?

Explosion whip could pwn but the problem is dex vs mag. you need a lot of mag but without dex you can't really expect to get a lot out of it.
I choose 25 mag as 25 is a good number to get a magical attack in every 4-5 hits.
If you guys request it, I may do a whip test. Pick a stage, and the amount of mag and dex. Str effect all whips evenly so please don't ask me to put points into that.

I nearly forgot today is Friday. Here are the locations: Poison whip: Forest 2, Tan Skull Bat Thorn whip: Cavern 3, Orange Skull Bat Explosion whip: Cavern 3, Brown Skull Stickman Stone Chain: Seaside 1, Red Roundhead Walker Those ridiculous high MP numbers seem to make them quite bad ... *edit* ... I'm stupid... I thought something weired happened, but it didn't...

On the Stick Ranger comment board, I saw this. Richard Warlock also notice the problem between mag and dex and even gave the bullet numbers.

to be honest, i liked the 3rd to 6th whips more than the new ones. or better say, i was more suprised by them. but anyway, they're still good, inspite of the MP values being ridiculous.
seeing that the first LV3 whip is "stone chain", chances are that the following whips will be "fire chain", "thunder chain", "ice chain", "thorn chain"? i hope not, but seeing how the orbs, swords, guns and gloves turned out to repeat themselves... let's see. ^^

Do you people think I should put 4 iron medals on my team and level up super fast because they fixed the glitch, or just leave my team the way it is with a lot of crystals.

I made my whipper group pure dex and just mag stone them. I would bullet card 3 them also but I using ruby 3 atm.

If you're quite a ways from the max level, then make another set of weapons with four iron medals, or equip the iron medals over your other compos. It's a lot easier to level up when you're making twice the experience, and if you have any distance to go, it's worth getting some iron medals. By the way, there's a new update. Someone else make the thread because I don't have a good whipper to test the new weapons on.
