Hello I had two teams saved with this extension but they went awol, I managed to find back the first one but the second one with for whippers level 43, i can't get back, can you do something about that.
Thank you for this really usefull extension

I lost a team. It was 3 priest and a sniper. This team was saved twice but I never close out of the program so I guess it was never logged. My account name is Zelkova.

What exactly is your request? A box, where you can paste say 10 save codes hit a button and all are transfered into the system?

I just don't want to have to go to notepad, load one in, start playing, save, load another, start over, play some, load another, and so on. A way to load in games without actually putting them in the game, just yet. That make sense? |

I can't get this to work.. I've downloaded both files and it only shows a monkey at the bottom right hand corner of my screen. :l

You don't have to download it. The monkey tells you you have greasemonkey installed. After that, click the link to the extension again. A screen will pop up and ask you if you want to install it.
*edit* If you think you have the script already installed, right click the monkey and choose "manage user scripts" and look if there is an entry on the very left column. If it isn't, the script isn't installed.

Ok, so I updated the thing, and here i present: StickRanger Save and Load v0.6 Changes: - direct save function: under configuration, in the new box enter a save and hit enter (or save) and it gets saved
- new function: delete save cookie
- new function: timeout the name retrieval
If for some reason the automatic naming system fails, you can enter your own name now and it still gets saved. (If it does more then once, please contact me.)
- The method the userstring is fetched was improved
- gets the save directly from the game (was from the cookie before) (just a tweak)
(I think I forgot to mention something... or there was a feature I forgot to include) To update, just click here and hit install. You should probably consider a manual backup (see "configure") before upgrading, just in case... comment: I figured, you probably don't need to transfer your saves everyday, so I made an extra text field under "configure" where you can paste the save, hit enter or click on save and it gets transfered. I also changed the system, the script gets the save from the game. It gets the save directly from the game now and not from the cookie anymore. So if you want to transfer only one save, you can paste it in the original textfield, hit set and then hit save. That might be faster, then going to the configuration tab. I thought an extra save button next to the get/set buttons would confuse the users because there would be two save buttons... |
