FoxtrotZero, banned 7:41PM 15th November for flaming users in German. This is what he said:
"Ich persönlich glaube, Listo ist ein komplettes Arschloch und ein douchebag. Aber das ist eine sehr persönliche Meinung, und ich gab ihm noch die Höflichkeit gesagt, in Deutsch."
Which roughly translates to this:
"Personally, I think Listo is a complete (Funny Man) and a douchebag. But this is a very personal opinion and I gave him the courtesy of saying, in German."
Since it's been agreed that he's banned for two days anyway (unless I'm mistaken, in which case correct me if I'm wrong) he should be unbanned at such a time.

EDIT: DoucheLord (ie Dhoom) at 00:45, 21/11/2009 for spamming after being told by both TSL (I think, don't quote me on the >.>) and me to stop.

User: NeonSaysRawr
IP adress: 92.0.216.xxx
Banned: Saturday, December 19th, 2009
Reason for ban: Ignorance towards repeated warnings of misbehavior, posting a picture of a male reproductive organ. Vacon is a witness to this ban.
Date unbanned: Thursday, December 24th, 2009
A week ban seems fine, considering this hasn't been the first time she has misbehaved.

Anonymous user: 98.22.211.xxx
Banned for intentionally abusing chat (each post was either a profanity or language directed against minorities [particularly, as Ralph Ellison would put it, a word that rhymes with "trigger"]).

Regardless of risk, i am directly opposed to that action. Her actions have become less and less serious with time, and everytime she is punished for something, i haven't seen her do it again.
She is a valued member of this community. I would be dissapointed to see her removed, and i hope other users share my sympathy.
I also am mentioning ahead of time. If the time comes when it is decided such action must be taken, i will not let it pass me by.

You cant redirect from the site, its a ToS violation.
Also, i support not banning TBP. The fact that guro(aka pics of blood and gore) are even against the rules is stupid.

Well, she may have gotten banned on several occasions, but she definitely is not Molopoy/Luke Skywalker, who is the only member who has ever remained banned with the exception of spontaneous spam bots. Even Elton Eyes and Blade of Listo have received less than eternal bans for their actions, and one of them actually impersonated you from what I have read.
If it has to be one of your choices, I would go with the five month ban, in spite of her unruliness...

Either way, like TheListo said, regardless of a persona's status, be it seniority, activity, or likeness with the exception of the site owner themselves are to be chastised for their repeated actions. I support the five month ban, and also maybe not a permanent ban, but an indefinite one at that. Just because she makes the chat 'fun' or even if she's 'cool' does not give her the right to make a mockery of the staff and the rules placed here. I find that if in the case she does get banned for the said five months, the chat will be much more serious and more abiding to the rules. Her example has been affecting users whom I will not name specifically that are also disobeying forum policy.
Half if not most of those are just personal opinions, Foxtrot. Try and give some actually contributing reasons to why said user should not be banned.
Going on with JeeGuhdee's statement of how you find the posting of violence such as guro being against the rules is unnecessary: The chat is not placed for us to see graphical imagery of such, it is to be focused on Dan-Ball and as a means of communication between potential members and members of the forum as well of staff. Picture a potential member using the chat as a means of communication, hoping to have answers to their various questions about Dan-Ball and other related matters. What they end up finding is pictures of grotesque scenes of gore and violence. What example does that set the entire forum? There are other places for such things, but not here.
True staff members do not decide whether chastisement is to be brought on a user based on how fond they are of them. They are to decide upon the current and previous actions of said user.

Lets say a member comes on the chat looking to have some non-danball related fun with our members. All they find is a dead chat with a post every other day because anything not dan-ball related has eventually been banned by staff members who don't like how general this forum is.

A dead chat of appropriate topics is better than one filled with things such as guro and other related topics here in my opinion. Plus, you're over-exaggerating the situation.

Guro can be considered quite disturbing depending on what's going on in the picture. Pictures where the character(s) have minor cuts that aren't the main focus (ie NOT GURO) are alright, so long as nothing of a different genre is occuring, but pictures where the character(s) are mainly naked because their clothes have been cut off and their guts and various vital organs are hanging out whilst the person is looking at them in shock (ie GURO) are not cool and I don't get why you're confused at why it's banned.

BladeofTheListo 58.7.128.XXX
He was repeatedly trying to give out the Phone Number of someone (Not a forum member) in attempts to have the person flamed. I warned him twice, and when he did it a third time, i gave him a Ban.
SexyPandaBear (AKX NovaHoshi) also claims him calling her a Slut. Repeatedly. I saw this event personally.

By "event," do you mean "BoL calls NovaHoshi 'slut'" or "NovaHoshi claims that BoL called her 'slut'"?
