Because Nintendo is a giant company and Dan Ball is very tiny. It is almost impossible for ha55ii to get in contact with Nintendo. And even if he did, I don't think Nintendo would be intrested.

The game isn't fully developed so there would be no reason to do it.
Why release a game that isn't done? By a few months the game you play on a handheld will be obsolete to the online PC version..

Unless the DS version was self-updating.

Well if they did they would have to make it a downloadable game from the DS shop channel so that would mean you need to have wifi to get it, if it has wifi it can be updated

Yes.. but what about the people who don't? Whenever they see the label saying you need WiFi to receive updates they probably wont buy it thus lowering consumer ratings..

I don't think anyone will "buy" it since it will be free.

No one is going to produce a product which causes money and get nothing in return. All you do is lose money. If you were to put it on a handheld game mass production would need to take place in order to get product.. I still see no point until it is finished. And even then it probably wouldn't be that much of a hit due to the relatively low playability. Sure it is interactive but is it appealing to all of the younger peers? Maybe, maybe not? Too complicated? Too difficult? Meh..

...and yet, Ha55ii has his own domain with assistance from Tylor, while everything on the site is free of charge...
