"sp change house" XD maybe $$$ 1000 for one sp?
"boss battle house" a room you can enter and fight the bosses (either by choosing or fighting them all in a row; only the bosses you have beaten so far of course). so that you don't have to drag the characters through every level (especially annoying in the cavern stages!). and if they're at it the bosses should match the current player level (otherwise e.g. the opening street boss would be too easy...). -> also a good place for training? maybe a little reward for beating all of them in one sitting?

Dojo: Change class and 'un-spend' all SP for $3000. Retail: Change head and/or body colors (you unlock random new colors by beating bosses).

I think 1000$ per undone SP might be OK. A little bit more would be OK, too.
But 3000$ for a class change is far to cheap. You currently pay 25000$ for the latest book page! A class change should be at least 20000$. Or you make it level dependend and it would be something like LVL*1000$ or LVL*2000$.
Oh, and the obvious is still missing: Compo Shop Level 2

Books are overpriced.
Once a stickman has learned a second class at the dojo it should be able to switch classes for free at the dojo but you have to pay if you want to change sp.
Bank: You can deposite items here for free but you must pay a small price to withdraw them.

Indeed, I think there should also be some kind of enemy maker, so you can beat up for fun or somthing.

Yes, a training room. You simply select an enemy from a drop-down list and it will spawn. But should you gain XP from it?

If a monster drop 100$ with 5% probability (average 5$ per monster) then to make it to arena will cost 10$
You can select training room with 1-xxx monsters, paying for every monster (bosses extra) it would be good for getting faster some drops.
You have pay extra more cash, higher your lvl is (like:lvl * 100$) and different arenas background cost extra.
Main purpose gaining fast exp and drops...

Stat. Center: Exchange Stats. for SP so one wouldn't have to reset their game to change stats., plus no risk of losing Get-Set code (reminisces about yesterday)...
