This thread was actually meant as a pep talk, but I guess we can discuss in here, too.
We'd have to work out the new staff system AFTER firing the unnecessary staff members, meaning, the ones that don't help the staff and don't participate in internal affairs, meaning, the staff board.

Are you saying that we should restructure the staff-hierarchy yet again? Will this not be the fourth time? I see that it is fine as it is. We do not need yet another restructure.
Along with the thoughts on the bump rule. I agree with the removal of this rule at this current time. We are in desperate need of increased activity, and I can see this in the very fact of my own lack of posting. I WILL begin posting again, as much as I can and when it is needed. I feel that with the removal of this rule we can revive topics that are still wanted for discussion allowing the forum to "breathe" as you would say.
Furthermore, the advertising uploads. It is a great idea, but there is one problem: we do not have many people as it is to do such a thing. Sure, many people would see the occasional advertisement upload, but it would be a more profound effect if they would see at least four or so on every page. I suggest we have specific times in which we upload said advertisements. That way, we get our message out clearer and further.

TSL uploaded one or two ads, that I remember. Due to the upload limit (which is different from the comment limit), they will be MUCH more well-seen. Anyway, those specific times are called when the dan-ball server has room. We don't have much of a choice.
For the bump rule, of course it is temporary.
The only need to restructure the staff hierarchy depends on how many people are fired. Which we will sort out after we have returned to some form of activity.

Has anyone thought to send out a mass-email?
It took an Email from Buggy to get me to come back once, who's to say a passionate E-mail might not bring a few members back to their old friends?

Been there, done that, I highly suggest you don't do it again or they will get annoyed. I think they have already gotten several. One emailed me personally with a 4chan thread, and I responded with his full name, location, a picture of him, and the knowledge that anonymous is not his personal arly.
