I think that is the best way to add enemies into the game for people who want to make a platformer.
Can the editing be used to add health?

I think that right now what powder game needs most is a new element.

Element: Pin/hinge/plank. Pin and hinge stay where they are put, like wheels do, and are deleted with erase. More later. Plank falls down slowly, similar to seed, but it stays how it is like block does. The planks would be made of wood/tree, and would have the same burning properties as tree. But again, unlike tree, it would fall. Planks would float on all liquids, but would burn slowly on contact with magma. To select the size of a plank, you would click and drag to make a box, and when released, a plank would appear of that size. When you put a pin on a plank, the plank would stay suspended in mid-air, and would not fall down. When you put a hinge on a plank, it would swing when wind was blown in its direction. If you put a hinge at the bottom of a plank, it would swing down so that the hinge was at the top. If a hinge was on one side of a plank an a pin on the other, the pin would have greater power, and the plank would not move. If there were two pins on a plank, the plank would not move. A pin would be a red x on the screen, and a hinge would be a red circle. A plank would be the color of tree, brown. Pins and hinges would not count towards the dot count, but planks would. Elements other than plank would not interact in any way with pins and hinges. What this could be used for: Doors Platforms Timing devices (for courses and reactions) Elevators Many more that I can't think about at the moment. If you have any questions or comments I will be checking here every hour or so. I was thinking that pins and frames are invible and there only point is to connent elements in various ways.

As I said, my EDIT idea is mopre elaborate, and serves a similar, if not identical purpose

EDITORThis idea is just kind of a joke, since this will be virtually impossbile to make, and if possible, impossible to make in the usual update deadline. What a fighter looks like in this: A 'drag hammer' concept. KEY: RED DOT=Joints. New things can be placed here. STIFF: What makes a box. Lines cannot move on connected joint. BEND: What fighters are made of. Lines bend with movement. HOLD: Stiff line on a set joint. Can rotate, cannot move from set joint. WIRE: Two movable set joints (black dot) HEAD: Head. Optional connectable. SET REACT: Sets reactions with the elemts (EX: Fire=Vanish+Fire, meaning if it touches fire, it will slowly dissapear, and will burn) LIGHT GREY: Set name. Not too important, but can be saved, somehow. How my Hammer idea works: Dragging the set box on the 'hold,' the hammer will send boxes and fighters flying. Simple. This should be perfectly possible, if not taking at least a month to make.[/quote]

As I said, my EDIT idea is mopre elaborate, and serves a similar, if not identical purpose Your idea is for linking non elements while frames and pins are for linking elements.

the non elements that i was reforing to in that post are the special elements used only to make non elements. If the edit idea is comeing true then that would be a happy day!

The special element used only to make non elements. What does that mean?

The editor should be great, but it really changes the code for boxes, fighters, and players

Ya, the code would change just a little...

And changing the code will mess everything up. The codes for existing stuff must stay the same.

Yes, unless he made a code converter. But that would be even more complicated.
