I'm running it right now, and I have to say, it's actually pretty awesome. It allows you to, when you get an alert from a page, prevent further alerts, which can save you from the depths of Rickrolls. It also runs smoothly, and has an anti-crash feature, so if one tab goes down, the rest won't follow it. You can also expand text boxes (such as the quick reply) dynamically by dragging the corner. Overall, FireFox3 with FasterFox installed is faster browserwise, but tends to lag. Chrome, however, runs smoothly. IE fails. What are your opinions on Chrome, and do you have it? chrome.google.com

I do not like it very much, because it does not display the "moz"-thing on html websites... Firefox rulez!

I've been using it for a while now, you should try it. I think it only runs on PC as of now, though.

Chrome has been my browser for the last 2 years. And I got it 4 months ago.
THAT'S how good it is!

I'm being forced to contemplate Chrome seeing as my dad managed to find malware hiding as the Google toolbar on Firefox (rather peeved off about it) and as such has decided to uninstall it. That may have brought about the loss of my Favourites and RSS lists. I am very displeased by this. So how would I go about getting Java to work on the Googles?

Just go to the java website while running chrome and download the latest update, and run the setup.exe file. You should also try the same for flash.

Hmm, makes sense. Now, is there any way to access feeds or bookmarks that were made on FireFox through the computer? I had a few good bookmarks and over 30 feeds, so I kinda want them.

Well, if you still have firefox, open GC and click the wrench icon, and then click "import bookmarks and settings".

Yeah, now see, that's the problem. I can't access my computer account until this "avast!" scan finishes, and it's scanned through over 100,000 files and is showing as 0%. The damn thing takes forever to finish. And if my dad's really done what I think he's done, then I'm not getting to use FireFox for a long while. I'm just wanting to get the bookmarks off Firefox without actually using Firefox (sounds complicated tbh), and Firefox needs to store bookmarks somewhere on the computer. So where would they be on a typical computer.

Nono, as long as firefox is still installed, you can just click it and it will automatically import the bookmarks.

Oh, right. I kinda missed the GC bit Well, it's as I thought. The old git had a knee-jerk reaction, and instead of getting rid of the damn malware, he completely uninstalled FireFox. I think I'm going to hit someone. I had a bunch of really good feeds and bookmarks, and he gives no warning of his intentions to remove one of the main web-browsers used on the computer. Only thinking about the flipping computer ¬_¬ Well, I found out that Firefox backed up the bookmarks. And a helpful GameFAQs denizen gave me a handy hint. Open the file in notepad! So I'm all set for bookmarks, and hopefully feeds.
