I think it should have two sub-forums: Uploads/codes and suggestions.
It's easier to have a sub-forum for uploads and codes than to have them all in one thread, and the same goes for suggestions. That way you can get more input on something specific without it getting buried in the thread.

No, that's not necessary, because how would they divide up the sub-boards? I can see how upload codes would be split up: -Pixel art -Machines -Other etc.
How would they split up the suggestions board, though?

well it cant be suggestions and uploads only, there's a lot of other things too like the SCAMS!!! thread, group threads(like the machines), and a bunch of other random things. Also, there's no more than 50(and that's really stretching it) threads normally active at once in there, i have no trouble searching for one.

The thing about having an upload thread instead of an upload board, though, is that you can't make an individual thread for an upload, so you can't really get much input on it.

Sometimes things don't get much input, other times they get alot. It just depends.

you can highlight something, press edit(the one next to file on top), then press copy. If ctrl c doesnt work
