I have heard of people using a program to make pixel art in powder.
Is there really one? I can't even get saved data to load right.
if there is one could you tell me what it is?

No, don't use it because people consider that cheating. (but then, I think all of the really good pixel art uploads are using a program)
Oh, and there's a 50 uploads per 12 hours limit, by the way.

I think i uploaded once but it was crap and i gave up on the uploads.

Hmm...I used gimp to make my pixel art, that took a long time, but I heard backside(was that his name?) used a program where the cursor moved for you and did everything. If he did then that explains that line on his Io upload.
