Why do I have a warning? I just want to acknowledge my "wrongs"?

You had multiple accounts.
Just to note for all, having multiple accounts results in deletion of each extra, and 50% added to your warning level, I think per account.

I see but I really didn't use those since when I created them I though it wouldn't work since it sent me right to the "ERROR" page so I had to make another one in IE because I use FireFox.
And thanks for deleting them since I always had to retype my password 3 times whenever I modify my profile.

how can you tell their multiple accounts from the same person?

Because staff members can see peoples' IP addresses. If the IP addresses of two accounts match, it's the same person.

What if its someone they know personally? Would you believe them if they said so before they showed up?

I'm not sure if we would believe them. Ask TheListo about it. I've never given anyone a warning for multiple accounts before.

shjould there be some sort of format?
I think most people with backdoors (secondary account. Ive had a forum cold war once. I don't want it to happen here) post quickly after they use the secondary attack to make it look like they were on at the same time.
This could be predicted.

ya i guess but what if the guy has more than one computer? then he can exalt the one many times and post in a self-made thread and soak up many posts...
but it would cost alot...
