Well, that's done it. I no longer care for powder game. I thought the element updates would do it, but no. This did it.

And now the comment board will be filled with 'thank you's for a day, and they'll start bitching and moaning again.

I think they've already started.

Before you accuse someone of something, take a look at what you're doing.
But, just be glad it gets updated at all.
And laser, acid, and 2P is what the majority wanted. Maybe if you ask, you might get an element you have wanted for a long time. But if you dont say anything, nothing will happen.

Okay, first off, what? How does 2player mean no line art? What is that anyway?

And neo, I have no wants for Powder Game. I like being surprised by what gets put in, cause the programmer seems to be able to think of some rather cool additions. Laser was an interesting addition. Acid was guaranteed to happen, and the longer PG went without acid, the better chance there was of acid appearing. But 2 player is the most pointless addition to PG yet! At least BG-Mesh looks cool! The only people who'll play with 2-player are kids with friends who also like PG (and there aren't likely to be many of those around) and people who are so bored they'll make 2-player courses and then try and do them at the same time. Left hand on wasd, right hand on UpDownLeftRight. Honestly, the only way I could ever play PG again is if PG 5.9 brings us the Second Coming of Jesus.

I'm sorry. Powder Game's losing its flare with me. This is the third Community-wanted update. This may just drive some of us(SandMaster) insane. Not mentioning any names of course...

The second player is OK. You can do nice things with it. But I think it's really a pity, that PG loses more an more contact to its original basics: The Wind!
This is what made PG so much different in the first place from all the other sand games.

You could do so many cool things with air. But one problem always was: It's hardly controllable, if you don't do it on your own. It's practically impossible for reactions and complex mechanisms to create air streams in certain directions, or redirect an existing stream, to build up pressure and release it, and stuff like that. And it's practically impossible to reduce the side effects to other parts in your creations.

There are so many ideas about air, which would give you a lot more possibilities to control it, just for example:
- Fans, which only work with electricity
- a block, which can open and close (depending on electricity)
- Valve (one-way for Air and elements)
- Hole (constant pressure normalizer (like the screen border) but which can be used also in the center)
- Black hole (constantly sucks everything in, building a vacuum)
- metal block (nothing but electricity can go through, allowing reactions in separated high/low pressure areas)
- glass block (nothing but laser can go through, allowing reactions in separated high/low pressure areas)
- ...

I would really like to see more wind and pressure related stuff in PG.

Not to sound odd, but it wasn't cracking under pressure. That was just one cause. It was due to *ahem* "popular opinion". So many people wanted it, that for every update that comes without what they want in it, they get more irate and start screaming even louder until their actual voices can be heard over the internets.

I put this to you, Listo. Don't, whatever you do, put in guns. For every update without guns, I will give you positive karma, to show my respect.

...I'm not sure what people might say about this, but one could use two intentionally placed players to provide a constant flow of input, such as laser for some "fiber-optic" designs, or for something else which I can't think of...

Player 2, despite that the Community wanted it, isn't all that bad. Just try not to look at the Community uploads that use it...

Seriously disappointed.

To make second player programmer need only change in the basic player the default limit from 1 to 2 and make pretty easily second player control (hmmm round head nice xD).

If listo wasn't doing anything in the past 3.999(9) week for PG he would probably still make in time by doing 2. player.

Or next update will be multiple release or I will just make in calender a note to look here in next week - there isn't more fun here then 20-30min for stick rangers by new update...

Ever since "3 PG players hack", it's been "Oh crap we really want this now that we've seen it!"

But now, you whine and complain about it. This community is getting more and more like Sonic the Hedgehog's fanbase every second.

1. We see this, we really want it!
2. [Then, it happens.]
3. It sucks!

You're unpleaseable! And, I know you're going to say "I didn't want it" or "I didn't ask for it", but you asked for SOMETHING. And when the something is put in, it isn't going to be to your liking, because you are all completely impossible to reason with!

When Mesh came, people were like "Psh. This is dumb.", and then Acid came, and they said "I DID NOT ASK FOR THIS I ASKED FOR ___, PUT ___ IN!", and the ___ included Players 2 and 3.

Now, before you even say anything to me, consider what you asked for, consider what you think it would be like in PG, then think about it and realize it won't be exactly how you want it. Wake up, people. Wake up and smell the truth. It won't happen how you want it to.
