It's a possibility that we might die out by then but if not, I'm sure we'll be advanced enough to create a wormhole to another dimension.

Well the real way to say heat death is the "Big Crunch Theory" stating that the matter that pushed the universe into existence from "The Big Bang" we''ll fall back in on itself. This will eventually crush us all in one final bang.
