For all I know, that hotline is actually just a number to some random stranger who specializes in tracking down unknowing victims and silently killing them for billions of dollars in support of all democratic and republican governments...

Here's what it is: A rickroll video with the video playing in the middle and several Rick Heads falling from the top of the screen like snow.
The window moves around so it's hard to close it, and when you do go to close it, the lyrics to the song pop up and you have to click through it all to get off the webpage.
DON'T CLICK ON IT OH MY GOD I'VE BEEN FOOLED QUITE A FEW TIMES I HATE THAT WEBSITE IT NEEDS A HITCOUNTER ARGH
