The planet Earth? (Things are created from it, and it always rotates and revolves around the Sun.)

no way i am solving that. i can barely do a classic sudoku puzzle.
Speaking of which, shouldn't is have an inside? or is it hollow?
My riddle:
I am a nut, of this i assure you. It can even be found in my name. Yet, like most nuts you know, i have absolutely NO shell. Though, just like the reqular nuts you may enjoy, i am edible. So what am i?

is it a donut?
also, that's not the answer to my riddle, general. close, but not quite. anyways
I am weightless, but you can see me. Put me in a bucket, and I'll make it lighter. What am I?

As for the su-do-kube, indeed there should be four layers parallel to the xy-plane, four layers parallel to the xz-plane, and four layers parallel to the yz-plane; however, you only need to know the outside layers to complete the puzzle, and you only need to know one of the outside layers to complete all outside layers. That's right, if you know one face, then you know all 12 possible layers! I created the puzzle myself with some help from MS Excel, I know...
I don't presume you mean coconut, since that technically (I do believe) has what is considered a shell. After doing a search with "nut" as a query, I'm going to guess a chestnut. I'm not entirely sure.
I think you (previous poster) are right. I think so, anyhow...
Is the answer to your riddle a fire?

um...that's not quite what I was expecting, but that does work (if the bucket is made of wood) the correct answer was a hole though. oh well.
can you figure this one out?
I never was, am always to be, No one ever saw me, nor ever will, And yet I am the confidence of all To live and breathe on this terrestrial ball. What am I?

Keep them, worth nothing. Throw them out, and they turn into money.

*gasp* Foxtrot erased my riddle... Qwertyuiop, I am truthfully stumped on that one. I'll take a guess, though. Is it smoke?(I'm really not sure...) Or is it... IDK. That' my best guess.
My original puzzle still stands.
In winter, I thrive, In spring, I die. I need water to live, and grow with my roots upwards. What am I?

i'm not sure about that one. It can't be a plant, because a plant can't engage in photosenthisis if its leaves are underground.
I am harmless like the trees, and beautiful like the sky. I grow tall and fast, majestic and strong. I wear a proud armor, and it grows as i do. Though I am no hero, and never leave from this exact place. So what am i?
No, its not supposed to be a poem or song.

We have reached an Impass. Some one needs to post a new riddle. I'll tell you all why i didn't post one later.

An hourglass, I think?
A plane crashes on the United States - Canada border. Where are the survivors buried?

Nowhere: they are survivors.
Here's another easy one. Out of twenty-five sheep, only nineteen sheep didn't die of starvation. How many of the twenty-five sheep are still alive?

Nowhere, you don't bury survivors.
It has a tail, a side and a head
I call it what I call a snake
It has no body and it is dead

Veers. nineteen or less sheep are alive. 19 didn't die of starvation, but up to nineteen may have died of causes other than starvation.
Edit, i think the answer to yours is a Snake Skin. it has a tail, a side, a head, and its still a "Snake" in a way. But it had to be dead to be shed, and skin doesn't have a body.

No, but it fits the criteria so well I have to give it to you. The real answer is a Drake. It isn't really fair, because it was an old world riddle, as that is what they called coins.

What does man love more than life, Fear more than death or mortal strife, what dead men have and live men need, and covers up the rich man's greed,
I surround the night stars, and fill up empty jars, heroes fear me, and beggars have me only,
If you do not answer this riddle correctly, than your reward will be the answer.
What am I?
P.S. I made up this whole riddle except for the first 2 lines. (What does man love more than life and fear more than death or mortal strife.)
