I made a shop. Someone locked it. I hate it. I want it gone. So how do I get rid of it?

yes, that is the protocol. if you see a shop without enough items you are supposed to tell them about it and give then a couple of days to get the required amount of items for sale. if, at the end of that time period they still have less than 3 then you can lock it.

You ask them first and if they don't do it then you lock it.

Or you could lock it and get them to get three items and then make sure they ADD those items once you unlock it
