This has happened several times in the history of our using chatango. Random members, often mods, have the same effect as being banned: None else can see their posts. Problem is, they are not on the ban list, so they can't be unbanned. The only way to solve this is to use a new chat.As a temporary measure, we can use this one. There is another way to solve it! If the person is a mod, that is. They can post as a guest, WITHOUT REFRESHING log into staff account. Ban guest. Then unban the guest! It worked for me, at least. Now we need to tell Fireshell that...

If a mod has this problem then do this:
1) Log out 2) Post as anon 3) Log back into your staff acc 4) Ban the anon 5) Go to ban list 6) Unban the anon 7) Say hi
If a normal member has it:
1) Tell mod Mods do this: 1) Make sure we didn't ban him ourselves 2) Scroll back in the chat 3) Find a post of the non-mod who told you he/she was banned 4) Ban the non-mod 5) Unban him/her 6) Tell him/her to say hi
