If one violets no rules for say....a week, there warning should start going down by 5%. That way people can eventually recover from there mistakes.

Funny to see you post that. It says in the forum rules that you can contact an admin after 2 weeks and they will remove your warning level.

Was that originaly there or did they change the rules since when I joined?
And can you program in an automatic warning decrease ?

I don't think you can program in a warning decrease, and, I think the rules were always there.

YOU CAN, there used to be a warning decrease system
but somehow it was removed and forgo ten about...
I'm on it! (looking for code)

The scripts are in javascript, and that can't modify your cgi warning level.
