If each item is something with a possibility of being bought, and you can buy what you can think of (mostly), then there are as many items as there are ideas as to what they should be.
In other words, instead of picking between three pre-made images, you could suppose there are much more than that there (all ideas you have that may work) and you pick one from there.
In other words, I personally think custom shops have more than three items.
