I've always wanted to know how to program, I understand it is very complex but I've always loved computers. I have always dreamed to make my own game my way instead. But every day I wonder how I can learn it or where...

Saying you want to learn to program is like saying you want to learn a second language, in which case the shared question is this: which language do you want to learn?
There are many program languages, just as there are many human languages.

javascript is a browser language. You can't make programs with it.
There is no BEST one... A common one is C++, or Delphi, or Java...it depends what you want...

I've always wanted to make a game. But is it true that they are almost all the same?

¿Tiene usted una calculadora gráfica? Si es así, le recomiendo que inicie la programación allí. Se trata de un gran lenguaje de programación para empezar a aprender.

They are not all the same...at all. If you want to make games, I recommend that you use java.

Make an account on Roblox and practice with Lua. It's probably the simplest language.
