If M4 is willing to give up his Administrator position, then you can take it. If he doesn't, then I guess you will be our new Importants Administrator. If I give up my position what will that make me? Will I moderate a single board or a category? And why doesn't the administrator rank have any stars? That is not cool. Maybe it's just this page..

You have five stars. I think it's just your browser or something on your side of the site-computer communication.
If you were to give up your position (ha!), you would take on the lesser job of administering a single category (e.g. General) or moderating a single board (e.g. About This Site).

Probably administrating general, since that's basically the highest level under administrator.
Why would you give up your position?

id also like to keep my Global Mod position because i tend to check all the boards so being a Global Mod would be more help full than being Moderator of just one board

I don't think there even are global mods after this... although, I do think that expanding us to all boards (except the moderators) would be a good idea.

So, should we eliminate the "Moderator" position and just do Category Administrators, Administrator(s), et cetera?

Maybe just a couple mods per category.

Well, could you be more specific, namely by giving examples for all categories?

Well, there are the three administrators, as planned. However, here is an example for the games board:
Modified:
PG Moderator: Moderates the Powder Game Board SR Moderator: Moderates the Stick Ranger Board Other Games Moderator: Moderates the other boards in this category
The activity on the other boards, added together, is much closer to that of, say, the PG board.
As for the general category, we can't have one moderator for a board rarely posted on, and another for a ton of boards, sub-boards, whatever. We could have one moderator for the general sub-boards besides forum games and serious debate, and another for the forum games, serious debate, and the actual general talk board, as well as another for the other boards in the general category.

So...is this the list of Moderators you are suggesting?
Welcome Mod Help Mod About Site Mod Contest Judge General Talk Mod Sub-General Mod Shop Mod PG Mod SR Mod Games Mod

So...in the midst of all of this, do I stay "Programmer"?

Yes, you would remain Programmer.

I don't know about this...
I like moderating everything, because that's mainly what I do...

I presume remain Graphic Artist, and mods most of the Graphics board, with the exception of tristan modding the Dan-Ball shop.

Well, if they're promoted to staff, then theoretically yes they would be allowed to access the staff lounge
