I'm developing a Firefox "extension" to save and load the SR saves, so you don't have to save the strings in notepad or similar anymore.
Here is a screenshot:
If you hit save, it asks for a name and then its put in the list. If you click on a save, its string will be pasted in the textfield. What delete does is obvious.
The saves should be stored about as save as the one that gets automatically saved. Therefore I provide a backup button that dumps the internal data structure to the textfield. There is no restore yet, that will be implemented as needed.
I could also store them on my server, that would mean you could also syncronize them with more than one computer. I don't know, if my cheap (free) webspace handles that properly though.
If I use my server, I could also couple it with my savegame decoder. So you could get an auto generated name like "lv 29: priest, 2x mage, boxer, 33 levels done".
The first beta version is out. You need greasemonkey installed. Then go here and install the script. Thats it, now you have the new save system.

, and refresh all cookies and data typed in forms, so your saves could dissapear. Not such a great Idea on terms of keeping the save safe but, its very good to do things more smoother and easlily I'd rather coy and paste though.
